General Services Administration
- Developed the opportunity for a Contractor to Provide qualified Personnel for technical support of The Presidential Inaugural Committee (PIC).
- Provided executive management of the project. Each team of 15 personnel worked 12-hour shifts to accomplish all technical support and maintenance of all computer and telecommunications equipment. Task included helpdesk, engineering install of PC’s, wiring closets / rack installation, connector boxes, and switching connections. At project end, the teams performed equipment breakdown of leased equipment while preserving earlier inventory control of the equipment.
- Developed the opportunity for a Contractor to perform a technical assessment and evaluation for GSA’s 508 System. Contractor Recommended stabilization actions in support of the system
- Developed opportunity for a Contractor to provide Document Imaging and Conversion of Public Building Services document conversion requirement in support of the New York Manhattan office. Provided management support of the effort. This effort satisfied; requirement while waiting for the Documentum program implementation.
U.S. MINT, WASHINGTON, DC
- Developed the opportunity for Forte Systems to Recruit Staff and Manage the development of an e-commerce environment for the Electronic Information Product division. Staffing included Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSEs) and Senior Network Engineers.
National Institute of Health, Rockville, MD
- As a Subcontractor, provided Program Management and team leadership for the development of a web based Purchase Card Refresher Training Course.
- Course served as refresher training that reinforced the purchase card user’s knowledge of purchase card regulations and procedures.
- Course was designed for approximately 2,800 people in the first year.
District of Columbia’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS)
- As a Subcontractor, provided Project Management and staffing in the development of a wireless communications vehicle tracking system for the District of Columbia’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS). System was designed with dedicated IP addresses for security measures and the project task outfitted approximately 80 FEMS vehicles with Sierra Wireless MP-200.
Naval Computer and Telecommunications Services (NCTS), Washington, DC
- Developed the opportunity to Provide PC networking and systems development skills in the production of an inventory tracking system. Solidified a Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) with NCTS for Tasks Totaling $500,000.
